searching for birth-mother/siblings I was born 5/6/1970 in Akron Ohio @ Akron City Hospital. My adopted name is Sally Ann Miller married name is Epps. I was adopted through Family and Children Service Society 90 N. Prospect St. Akron Ohio Judge Nathan Koplin signed the adoption on 21st of April 1971 in Summit County Ohio. Adoption certificate number A-26412 docket number 20 page 40. I was 6LBS 8ozs 18" long. I was adopted by an Amish family by the family named Daniel Ray Miller and Ada Jane (Mast) Miller Placed in there home on 19th of June 1970. My B-mother was a young unwed girl working at a local restaurant. Birth-mother's maiden name is believed to be Posey. My physical appearance is brown hair, brown eyes, 5' 8" tall. I have medical problems, reactive airway disease (adult asthma), severe allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure,obesity, history of cysts through out my body. Medical background would be so helpful!
