I am searching for anyone with info on Larry Don Talcolt. This was his adopted name. His birth date is August 25, 1942. I am told by others his birth certificate says his Biological mothers name was Ethel Rena Nixon and biological fathers name was James Lawrence Shoulders. His adopted family may be from Council Bluffs Iowa. He may have been adopted from an Osage Indian Reservation. He was adopted around the age of 3.
