I am in search for any of my biological family on either side. I have been told that my bio mother has denied contact but I don't know if its 100% accurate. The information I have available to me is below: I was born on 9/5/83 (per my current birth certificate) I weighed 7 lbs 13oz. , 22” long. I Scored 9 out of 10 on APGAR at the hospital. I’m not sure what hospital I was born at but believe it was in Kissimmee. Definitely in Florida. My adoption was finalized Jan 31,1984 in Seminole County , FL. It was a closed adoption and the lawyer that handled it was Munns, Munns & Simon. I lived with the Munn’s until being permanently placed with my adoptive family. I have nothing filed with the state in regards to my adoption, I can not locate a final decree, I can not locate an original birth certificate. My biological father’s name was probably Bobby, Robert or Bob.. A letter from his mother was in my file at the lawyer and she referred to him as Bobby. She also mentioned that he had an adopted brother by the name of John. What information I have been able to obtain my biological father was only 16 years old. He was 5’6” with green eyes and brown hair. His family had a history of diabetes and my biological father has had to have ear surgery due to chronic ear problems. He was said to weigh about 130 lbs. He lived in Pennsylvania and I was conceived when his family was down in FL on vacation. I have been told that he was reluctant to authorize the adoption documents but in October 1983 he did sign off and send to the lawy.er Biological Mother was said to be 18 years old at the time of my birth. In a letter she wrote in my file it states that she was attending college. She had a passion for creativity/art. She was born in South Carolina but was living in FL at the time of my conception & birth. Her family dealt with a history of obesity. She was about 5’2”. Bogin Munns and Munns (lawyers that used to be Munns Munns and Simon) said to have contacted my biological mother in Dec and received a request to not have contact with me. I don’t know if I feel this is 100% true and even if it was at that time I hope that can alter as I would really love to meet her. Some more information: Biological Grandparents on Biological Mothers side: Bio Grandma was 34 at the time of my birth and was a Reservations Manager and has 2 siblings.. At time of my birth the siblings were 17 years old and 12 years old.
