Hi. My name is Carol Friend-Sala. I am related to a George Washington Friend who was born in CT in 1776/1777. I have seen references in documents to a John Friend in CT in 1781 and I found George Friend Of Norwalk marrying Mary Lanfier in 1778. I am trying to find a link to my George Washington Friend b. 1776/1777 who I know married a woman named Theresa. They were in Brooklyn NY probably by 1790. He died there in 1853 and is buried in our family plot in Cypress Hills Cemetery. I think his father must have been from CT or possibly MA. Does anyone have any other info? Thank You-Carol
