Witmer:I am looking for my brother.Born David Witmer in 1964 to Charlotte Mulbarger Witmer and Lester Witmer, Jr. in Pennsylvania. He has two older brothers, Terry Witmer, and Steve (Witmer) Christley, who was also adopted. I believe his adoptive parents moved to Florida, but I do not know their names or the agency they may have used. I was told that my brothers were taken away by the state and adopted out.
