Hello Looneys! Searching for anyone related to my dad Joe Nathan Looney. He is a Black man born on October 29, 1926 in Ragland or Margaret AL. He had a brother named John. A cousin named Harvey(and he had two brothers) whom he grew up with and Ophelia either sister or cousin. His dad took him to Aliquippa PA when he was a child. He has a cousin that has eight sons!
