Real parents of my mother, given name after adoption of Barbara Nan Beggs in Abbeville, SC. The birth date given, same as my aunt 4-21-1945. Parents given to Cornelia and Neil Beggs, second child listed as twin sister, Shirley Ann Beggs, brother Neil E. Beggs. We believe my mother was placed with the family 2-3 months after she was born.
