MACLEOD : PARKINSON : PHILLIPS : Martin Query Text: I am trying to trace my family tree but have only been able to go back as far as my Great Grandfather and Mother. If anyone could help me it would be appreciated very much. What I have is as follows: Great Grandfather Walter Parkinson born in Bolton, Lancashire, England abt1871 & Died May 1943 in Melbourne, Victoria Australia. Great Grandmother Clara Parkinson (nee Martin) Born in Bolton, Lancashire, England abt 1876 & Died 25 Mar 1943 in Queenstown, Tasmania Australia. Grandfather Arthur Parkinson Born 14 Jan 1901 Bolton, Lancashire, England, died 25 Apr 1991 Vailima, Samoa, Brother was Reuben Parkinson born Bolton, Lancashire, England died Echuca, Victoria Australia. Grandfather Arthur Parkinson married Thelma Philomena Corianne Parkinson (nee Macleod) born 03 Dec 1894 in Portland, Victoria, Australia died Aug 1980 Carrington Nursing Home, Camden, NSW, Australia married 06 Apr 1934 at Brighton Congregational Church Melbourne , Victoria, Australia. My Father is Arthur David Parkinson with Brothers Alexander John Parkinson & Christopher Ian Parkinson. My mother is Ruth Ellen Phillips and I am Michael David Parkinson with Brother Sean Timothy Parkinson sister Fiona Helen Parkinson & brother Jamie Donal Parkinson. If anyone can help me in any direction to be able to find either more of my family or continue with my ancestors I would be very grateful.
