I'm an adoptee. I was born at ,then, Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Houston, TX on August 8,1981. I am a black female. I was adopted through Catholic Charities in Houston. My birth mother was 21 years of age at the time of my birth. She was an only child and had a 3 year old son at the time of my birth. I was in foster care for a short time before my adoption.
