My Mother's name was Ingeborg Czypek born in 1928. She told me the original Czypek name was spelled Zypek, she was born in Oppeln, Oberschlesien, Germany. As a child she lived for a while in Sacrow before moving to the city (?). Inge spoke of being driven out of their home during WW2, only being allowed to take 20 pds. with them. Inge's Mom's maiden name was Pawlik. I am seeking any info. on the Czypek (Zypek)family or the Pawlik family and or the area's they lived in.
