I am searching for a Robert Crooks born about 1810 (whereabouts and parents unknown) married Jane (Jean, Janet) Turnbull in Lilliesleaf, Roxb., Scotland on March 10, 1832. Came to Canada (Ontario) about 1842, perhaps through Ireland. Older children included George, Nancy, Robert. Other children born in Canada. The elder son George married Harriet Armstrong in Canada.
