Looking for biological parent(s). I do not know much, mother was possibly German, around 24yrs old at the time of my birth. Father may have been hispanic. I was born February 7, 1969 in Webb County Texas. I was adopted from an agency in Laredo, Texas. The adoption agency physcian told my adoptive parents i would never walk due to a hip malformation.
