BRITTON : DRULEY : SHORT
Query Text: |
I have a property deed involving Mary Y Britton and Julia Ann Britton. They were transferring property in Philadelphia PA on June 1st 1853 to a William Carr. It says in the dead that Julia was a widower; her husband's name was John. Julia apparently inherited the property from Isabella Britton. Mary is her daughter; other children (7 total) Ellen M, John B, Harriet E, George E, Isabela S, and William H. I'm looking for DOBs, and Julia's maiden name. Also, the deed was in my late father's papers; the surname is Druley. But I think that if the Brittons are related, they probably came from my grandmother's line. Her name was Edith Short and she was born in 1889 in Dover Delaware. If anyone has a connection, please let me know that also. Thanks for your help.
