trying to find death records , cemetery and tombstone for Margarette Hughes or Margaret Hughes in Mo, In the 1860 census for Twp 66, Gentry Co. Mo., she is listed as living with son William or Wm Hughes . Margaette Hughes was 70 yrs. born abt. 1790 Ireland . By the 1870 census the family are in UNion , Worth Co. MO. , but NO Margarette Hughes. She must have died between 1860 and 1870. On her son William Hughes deat Certificate ( he died in Delta Co. Colo. with daughter Clara Hughes Stryker home.) It says mother Margaret Pierson Hughes and father H. Hughes. H. Hughes died during famine in Ireland or on ship. William Hughes - son _ was born 1831 Ireland and was abt. 16 when he immigrated in 1847 - naturalized. ( William married a Martha Freemeyer I would like some help on finding Margarette Hughes or Margaret Hughes burial records or place and tombstone for her. Maxine
