I am looking for my birth parents and siblings. I was born on or around Sept. 16th 1969 at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa Oklahoma. My adoption parents were named Rutledge. I am a white male with brown /black hair and brown eyes. I was told I have several birth siblings. This may or may not be true. I look Italian or Greek or somewhat Indian.
