Looking for info on a second cousin that was adopted through Catholic Charities in Watertown NY.. I believe i have found her but can't get any help from NYS Health Dept.This girl's birth mother is deceased and father unknown. Also both her grandparents are deceased.Her Aunt died at 49 with Lou Garrett disease so this is very important that she gets this information on her family released..At 47 years od what could be the harm..
