I am looking for my birth mother/siblings. I was born in Youngstown Ohio on 7/24/1982. I was adopted by a family in Sandusky Ohio I believe my birth name was Lelah/lela. I am 26 years old now, and have some medical issues. I am in desperate need to find my birth mom/father/siblings.
