I need help in trying to locate information regarding my great grandfather "Charles James Gardiner" born May 22, 1875 in Middlesex, London, England. He died Jun 28, 1953 in England. He was married in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in 1901 to Priscilla Young. They lived and raised their six children in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. His wife died in 1918 and he left his young children in Canada and returned to England shortly after her death. I have found some ship records where he also travelled to New Zealand and also to Australia visiting I believe a brother in Australia and a sister Emma Wilson (Gardiner) in New Zealand. I would really be interested in corresponding with anyone with information regarding the Gardiner Family. His siblings names were Thomas, Mary, Benjamin, William & Emma.
