I am searching for information on Jacob Dietrich and his family. Jacob Dietrich was born about 1830 in Germany. He married Elizabeth Keenan 11 Jul 1854 at St. Matthew's Cathedral in Washington DC. (Elizabeth was born in Ireland about 1833.) Jacob and Elizabeth had six children all of whom were born in Washington DC: 1. John (b. 27 Apr 1855, d. 20 Sep 1856) 2. Katherine Veronica "Katie" (b. 27 May 1857, married name Walter, died 2 Feb 1915 in Baltimore, Maryland.) 3. Elizabeth "Lizzie" (b. 26 Mar 1859, d. 1882) 4. Jacob Dietrich (b. 2 Mar 1861) 5. William Dietrich (b. 6 Jan 1863, d. 21 Aug 1863) 6. Julia Florine (b. 22 Apr 1865, married name Witz, d. 1887) Jacob died 15 Apr 1871 in Washington DC. His wife, Elizabeth died 28 Jun 1870 in Washington DC. I would like to know who Jacob's and Elizabeth's parents were and if they had any siblings.I would like to learn the names of their hometowns. Also, I am searching for further information on their children - Lizzie, Jacob, and Julia Florine. I would be very happy to share the information I have on this family.
