I am ISO a young man age 20 or 21 born February 9th 1988 in Chenango County NY. His birth parents are listed as Debra Morgan and Timothy Shepard (sheperd). The adoptee in question spent the first year of his life with his paternal aunt Cris Fowlston in Norwich NY. He was then placed for adoption at age 1 in Norwich NY. We believe that he was adopted by a woman that that worked in the count office building. Both maternal and paternal families are now looking to reunite and soon! Biological father is anxious, and has two other children that would also like to meet thier older brother!! New info relating to family health is availible.
