Looking for TWINS, one boy and one girl born around 1949 in TROY,Rensselaer County NY. My grandmother Louise Tinney gave birth to these twins and gave them up for adoption. We have no information, as her memory is not as sharp as it used to be. Based upon birth year, graduation could be placed around 1967. Please help with any info.
