I am searching for my birthmother and/or birthfather. I am a male. I was born on November 23, 1959 at Maynard Hospital in Seattle. I have Mediterranean, possibly Italian features, dark curly hair, blue eyes, somewhat promininent nose. I have been told by my adoptive parents that my birth parents were both students at the University of Washington, I am guessing they were not married. I am also guessing it may have been a privately handled adoption, but not sure. This is my assumption based on the fact taht apparently, my adoptive parents submitted an application for adoption to Childrens Home Society in April or June of 1959, but shortly thereafter, the file was closed without an adoption taking place. Since I was born in November 1959, I assume they found another agency or a private adoption became available. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
