I am looking for my birth parents, siblings or any birth relatives I was born November 11, 1969 at evanston hospital in evanston illinois. I know my birth mother was a 20year old college student, her first name is Pam and my birth father is Jack 36 year old teacher at the time of my birth. I want nothing from them just answers to my questions.my birth mother's parents'-her mother was a school secretary and he worked for the phone company. I was adopted through Lutheran social services of illinois I am also looking for my foster family. I know that I was placed in foster care for the first seven weeks of my life before being adopted.
