I am looking for my grandchild who would have been born in 1992, mothers name was Marjorie Hovis and I doubt if fathers name was listed but in case it was Jason Cox from Coos Bay, Oregon. I believe the mother left Coos Bay and moved to Washington and had this child either in Vancouver area or even Portland.
