I am trying to find out more about Hannah Howells who was born in Culmington in Shropshire to John and Ann (nee Downes). Hannah lived with a man called George Ward and her daughter Annie Howells gave this man's name as her father. Hannah had a son called John in the workhouse at Stanton Lacy about 1870 and died in the same workhouse in 1896 aged 39. Her daughter Annie was aged 12 and in the same workhouse by 1901
