I was born Jan. 30, 1952 in Reno, NV, in the private Catholic hospital, St. Mary's. My mother's name (unmarried at the time) was Frances Roberta Forbes. ALL NON-IDENTIFYING AND IDENTIFYING was cut out of my sealed file except one paper that had escaped the razor blade; thus, I know my biological mother's name.
