I am searching for younger siblings, boys or girls born in Macon or Griffin, GA area. Names of younger Brothers could possibly be Mark or Russell Wayne (last name at birth may have been Ramey), born in the late 1960's or early to mid 1970's. Father's name may have been Fred. Mark may have been raised by Grandparents on Father's side. Birth Mother's name is Barbara and currently lives in Alabama and is approximately 65 years old.
