I'm searching for my birthdaughter born at Hall Co Hosp in Gainesville, Georgia. DOB 2/21/72, at 1:50 a.m. 8 lbs 2 ozs at birth. Single birth, white female. Dark abundant hair and dark blue eyes at birth. Dr. McCrum was the delivering doctor. Might have stayed with the Morris foster family in Georgia before being adopted. Might have been placed in a military home. Adoption might have taken place at the Holiday Inn in Suwanee, Georgia. Later, papers were signed by adopted parents at a local Hall Co Georgia Adoption Agency. Or child might have grown up in Augusta Georgia, or in South Carolina. Caseworker's name was Sybil Greene. Dr. McCrum filed the original Hosp birth certificate on March 24, 1972 and it was registered on March 31, 1972 by Elizabeth Moon. On original Adoptions Papers birthmom wrote baby Lisa Michelle LeBlanc for the baby's name. Birthmom is Jannette LeBlanc and was 17 years old. Birthdad is Dean Garnett and was 20 years old. Both are from Canada and not married and soon separated after child was born. Birthdaughter needs to be made aware of Important Medical Info regarding birthmom and grandmother. We have survived a life-threatening illness. I need to find you dear, and I need to hold you in my arms once more. I never forgot about you and remembered every birthday.
