Looking for relatives/ancestors of the following: Fitzgerald Family, living in early 1900's in Jessfield House, Ballingarry, Thurles, Co Tipperary Ireland. Parents were John & Bridget/Bridie Fitzgerald had approximately 12 children. Some of the Names: Kathleen, Jack, Michael (Mick), Patrick (Paddy), Josephine (Josie), Stacia (Birdie), Jetty (dont know real name, called this as her hair was jet black, William (Bill), Margaret (Maggie), Mary. Kathleen married Laurence Hudson Dublin Bill married Kathleen and remained at Jessfield House Josie married Charlie Maher and lived in Waterford Maggie married Timmy Farrell Stacia (Birdie) went to New York, we think she married and sadly died in a workhouse in NYC. Mick married Sissy and they ran a plant nursery called Fitzgeralds in Kilkenny Jetty married a man with surname Flaherty & Mary married Andrew McKenna and setteled in Howth county Dublin MOLLOY'S Looking for a William Molloy came to the UK Wiltshire from Dublin sometime around 1910 -1917 to work at a stud farm or stables, it is believed he became a jockey. HUDSON'S Any Hudsons from Belfast NI - do you have any information on 2 Hudson brothers being orphaned and adopted into a Dublin family? Harold Hudson, Clarence Sydney Hudson. Adoption around 1916/1917 - 1921. Also if anyone knows where i can obtain work house death records for New York. FITZSIMONS OR CARROLL Any decendants of John Fitzsimons married Mary Burleigh 1800's. Son of thier's James Fitzsimons (Ship Steward) married Florence Carroll early 1900's, did within 6 months of each other between 1912 & 1914, James at sea & Florence of a broken heart so they say. Left 3 young sons, James, Albert & Charles. Who were then brought up by Florence's sister Martha and her husband William Boyd. Lived at Ballybough Road Dublin Ireland.
