I am searching for my biological father. His name is KENNETH MELVIN SPENCER. I believe he was born in ODESA, TEXAS. He probably would have been born sometime between the years of 1925 to 1940,(give or take a few years). My mothers name is JESSIE NOMA. Her maiden name is KINCHELOE. I was told that my dad was very close to my grandmother. My mothers mother. Her name is ROSE MAE KINCHELOE. My mom had 4 children when my parents were married. Their names are STEVE, TERRY, PHYLLIS and PAM. That is all the information I have on him. One more thing; I was told that he had remarried to a lady named ERLENE (im not certain) and had moved somewhere in OREGON. That is all I know.
