Searching for birthdaughter. DOB Feb 21/72 at 1:50 a.m. at Hall Co Hosp in Gainesville, Georgia. Single birth, white female. Dr. McCrum delivered baby girl. Dark abundant hair, dark blue eyes. 8 lbs 2 ozs at birth. Birthmom is Jannette LeBlanc french Canadian. Birthdad is Dean Garnett also from Canada. Their address was in Lula, Georgia at time of birth. Both parents' race is white. Both are unwed and separated soon after birth. Adoption took place at Hall Co Family and Children Services. Caseworker is Sybil Greene. Child might've stayed with the Morris foster family in Gainesville, Georgia. Child might've been adopted from the Holiday Inn in Suwanee, Georgia. Papers later filed at Hall Co office. Or there's a possibility that daughter grew up in Augusta Georgia, or in South Carolina, therefore, adoption papers were filed at the South Carolina State Dept. Birthmom did a search with the Georgia Adoptions Dept in Atlanta, with no success. Adoptions papers and Amended birth certificate cannot be located. Only the original hospital birth certificate was located through the State Vitals Dept with only birthmom's name, (Jannette LeBlanc) on it. Daughter might've moved to another State, therefore, papers would have been filed with that State Dept. On original Adoptions papers birthmom gave birthdaughter the name of Lisa Michelle LeBlanc. Birthmom is trying to locate birthdaughter. Important Medical Info that she needs to be made aware of and birthmom never forgot about baby girl.
