 I am looking for any help in finding out what happened between the years that my granmother Edna Hazel Meink Welch aka Edna Hazel Mink Welsh, this can off of my dad's birth certificate that had been reissued in July 1979. Divorced my grandfather Grover Cleveland Welch and married Ray Cook,( according to an engagement announcement for my mom & dad). All areas of interest are in the Toledo, Oak Harbor, Port Clinton, Ohio area. Also trying to find any information on a great grandfather Joseph Schrimpf. Upon arriving in the US he declared Wisconsin as where he was heading. I have my grandmother Anna Schrimpf Palmer Johnston Spiegel, born in Chicago, several aunts born in New York but most born in Toledo, Ohio.
