I am looking for my adopted sisters birth family. She was born 6/4/66. Her birthmother was approx age 39 at birth, her father in the vietnam war. He had an disabling accident/injury and was sent home from the war. Her mother was unable to care for both child and husband. She was put up for adoptions with the LA County Adoption Agency in Southern California. It is believed that their surname is Salmon.
