I am searching for my older brother and sister (or any other family members of the Torres family) who were placed for foster care and adopted i believe in the 70's. I am not sure if they were placed with a family in Puerto Rico or Bronx New York. I am the youngest child my birth mother had born 8/1980 in staint Vincent hospital. My birth mother name was Shirley Torres My birth mother age was 26 when she gave birth to me.I was told my birth mother had passed away when i believe around 1982-1986.
