I am searching for my little sister who was adopted out of the Andrews texas hospital in 1980 or 1981. My mother ran away to have her and left me with my grandparents while she did this. My mothers maiden name was Rowe, her name is linda claudette. her last name at the time of the adoption was myers. she could have used either of these names on the birth certificate. I am not sure.
