I am looking for information on Sophie Janis - born Dec 25, 1913 East Chicago, Lake County, IN; died April 30, 1952 Chicago, IL. Married abt. 1929/1930 to Charles Kubin in Chicago IL. She had 9 children between 1930 and 1943: Pete (Charles); Arlene; Russell; Florence; Lenore; Charlotte; Elaine; Roger; and Ronald. I cannot locate her Birth Certifcate nor her Marriage License.
