I have sold most of the pewter items that I used to collect and I was about to put the following item on ebay but it was suggested to me that it may be of more interest to someome with the PITCHFORD name. It is a glass bottomed two handled six inches high pewter presentation cup with ornate engravings :- PRESENTED BY E.P.P. PITCHFORD WON BY SERGT LEESON 1871 On the back is I assume the regiment insigna MIDDLESEX(ART)RIFLE VOLUNTEERS. And another around acrest SALUS POPULI SUPREMA LEX Regards Frank.
