I am searching for my birth parents/siblings. I was born in Brigham City Utah. Feb 22, 1964, at Cooley Memorial Hospital. the Attending physician was Otto F. Smith. Birth Parents name(s), Mary Ellen Wolfe, Thomas Martin Solometo. Birth mother lived for a while in Columbus. Birth Father believed to be deceased. The lawyer who handled the adoption was name Toller (deceased). Birth Mother could have worked at the Beverlee Drive-IN on Broad St. in Columbus and at Marie's Health Studio.
