seeking information on foster family/birth mother. Found abandoned at the age of 3yrs and placed into foster care through the Shi Heung-kun district office of Social Welfare Society, Inc., on October 4, 1977. I was found carrying a sheet of paper with my name Soo Jin SIN and a birthdate March 1974. My foster family lived in Mok-dong near the Kimpo Airport. At the time of my placement my foster father was 63yo, foster mother 57yr, they had a son whom was married with children along with a 19yo & 12/14yo daughters.
