Looking for anybody related to a -Ms. Carrie Weeks(possibly Black Female, Creole or Native American(Choctaw)) from Louisiana. -Possible sibling "Elsie" -Cousin in the same family named "Willie" Shephard or Shepherd related to Mattie Mitchell(Wilson), in which Mattie is the daughter of Elsie. Ok further clarification: Mattie Mitchell is the niece of Carrie Weeks Willie Shepherd is the cousin of Mattie Mitchell Unsure of Willie Shepherd's parents Mattie(Mitchell is the maiden) Wilson is present name.
