Waugh Looking for my biological Grandfather believed to be a Waugh John or Thomas fathered Twins in 1941 Cowcaddens district of Glasgow Scotland Uk We have been told the father died of drowning (which we dont believe). My Waugh that i seek would have been born about 1920 as my Grandmother was born 1921. The Twins only found out they had been adopted in 1960.
