I'm looking for my birth mother and birth father. I was born April 7, 1975 in Saginaw. What I've been told is my mother was too young to care for me, so she gave me to my grandmother who decided she was too old. She put me up for adoption. I was in fostercare for a period of time. My original last name from what my adopted parents tell me was Cooper. However, my parents kept my first and middle name the same.
