I am looking for my birth mother/siblings. I was adopted at 6 weeks old from Lakewood, Ohio. Birthdate is 10/30/1985. I do not know what my birthname would have been, but my current name is Marc. All the information that my adopted parents know and have told me was that I had 5 other brothers/sisters and one of them are twins, me possibly being a twin. They have also told me that my birth father passed away while my birth mother was pregnant with me. I have also been told that my birth mother couldn't afford me or was very young.The name of the Agency I was adopted through was either Appleseed or Applewood Adoption Agency in Lakewood.
