I am helping my friend find her birth parents. She was born on July 18, 1970. She thought she was born is Asheville, NC however her birth certificate says Durham, NC. She believes her mom was 20 years old when she gave birth to her. The name she was given at birth was "Pearl." Her adoptive parents said that her birth mom played music and her birth father had blonde curly hair and blue eyes. She was in foster care until 4 months old supposedly in Asheville, NC.
