I am seeking information about the biological family of my late husband Henry Thomas Elliott, born probably near Monroe, LA in 1937, on January 19, 20, or 21. He was adopted in a private arrangement by Henry Edgar Elliott and Clara Belle Stubblefield Elliott. Mr. Elliott was a pilot and worked at one time for Delta Airlines. Mrs. Elliott was a nurse. As a teenager, Henry Thomas tried to learn the facts behind the adoption, but the records were closed to him. All that his mother could tell him was that the birth mother came from a "very nice family." Although it has been a long time, he has a daughter who would very much like to know about her father's biological background. He was very tall, over six feet with brown hair and blue-gray eyes. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
