I am looking for my birth father. His name is Patrick Phelps. Social services took me and my sister away from our parents when i was 5 and my sister was six. We were then put fostercare and my parents right over us were taken away because they could not stay sober. into My mothers name is Patricia phelps but she passed away when I was ten.
