My mother had a baby boy when she was 16, in either the Wenatchee area or Tacoma / Puyallup / Sumner area. I figure the birth year to be between 1971-1973. I'm sorry I don't have much information because the family does not like to discuss it and it's too painful for my mother. I would just like to know who my older half brother is.
