I am searching for my biological half sister. She was born in Jan. of 1966, I believe. My mother was forced to give her up for adoption, as she was 16 yrs of age. My grandparents, at the time, forced my mother to give her up. My mother didn't want to give her up. My biological half sister is Italian/White. She was delivered by Dr. Havolina, same MD whom delivered me, 3 years later. She was adopted by a couple my grandparents knew, I think they were teachers. I believe the adopted mother was a teacher for sure. The father may have been a MD.? My mother's name at the time was Susan Lee Blackburn, and the father's name is Peter, can't remember his last name, but his family owned a furniture store in Tacoma, WA. I believe my biological half sister was born at Tacoma General in Tacoma, WA. My mother said she was born with a full head of jet black hair. My mother didn't want to give her up for adoption, like I said, she was forced, in fact, her labor was induced, as the delivering MD was going on vacation and didn't want to wait until the due date. My mother did not want to sign those papers relinguishing her rights, but apparently was forced, literally, to sign them. Peter Ferrante is the birth-father's name. My biological sister must be 43, I believe. Anyway, my name is Michelle Moody-Tripp. My mother, at the age of 19 married my my father, Thomas Moody. She had me just a month after she turned 20. I am now going on 40 in July, my mother will be turning 60 this June. My Mother's maiden name is Blackburn, if I haven't mentioned this.
