I am searching for my biolgical birth parents. My name is Monte Alan Dugas. I was born Nov 11, 1971 at Southern Baptist Hospital in New Orleans La. and adopted by Vernon Charles and Beverly Ann Dugas. I've been a member of this most loving family since I was less than 10 days old. The non identifiable information from The Volunteers of America adoption agency tells me that My father was Italian Catholic as were all of his listed descendants. He was 19 when I was born and had already graduated from high school. He was said to be very athletic and intelligent. He had dark hair and dark eyes. My mother was 17 when I was born. She was Irish Native American and Baptist. She had blue eyes and brown hair. Her hobbies were listed as sports and she was in 11th grade. Her father was a truck driver and her mother was a store clerk. The occupations of my father and his family were not listed. (perhaps mafia) just kidding but who knows? All of the information seems to be dead on correct when you consider who I've become. I played sports all of my life and excelled at a wide variety of physical activities. I acquired two college degrees as a student athlete in football and recently recieved my juris doctorate from Loyola University here in New Orleans. If any of this makes sense to anyone please let me know. I'd like to thank my mother and father for giving me life and allowing that life to blossom into what it is today. I'm a very healthy person, but it would also yield piece of mind to have their medical history. Thanks again Monte A. Dugas
