Possible female sibling of my husband. We have just been told that his mother gave away a baby girl sometime between 1947 and 1952. Child would have been born in Licking County Ohio sometime in this time frame. If you adopted or were born in Licking County Ohio during this time we would like to speak to you. We are not sure if this is true or not, but we now have questions that need to be answered. Mothers last name was either Shaw or Whissen, Fathers last Name was Arter. This is all we know, please help
